Week End Update

I was up fairly early this morning, had my coffee and read the paper, dusted and then headed downstairs to the quilter.  I finished two quilts, one for my sister and one for a friend.  I am making progress on a quilt for a friend at work.  It has to be DONE by December 15 for his sixth wedding anniversary.  His wife's favorite color is BLUE.  I am using Moda's "Blueberry Crumb".  Wish me luck in finding some more dark fabric.  It is a pretty simple "Churn Dash" that I found in the Fall 2009 Quilts and More.

    Let me know what you are looking for - I suspect dark blues and I can dig out whatever I may have.

    Blues and whites makes such a soothing look for a quilt. So pretty.
