It is Scrappy Sunday time!! I have almost finished another 14 blocks (total = 50) of my Courthouse steps. I need to sew one more row of lights on each side. I will take care of this after golf.
And, speaking of golf, I took my Audra's quilt with me to the golf course yesterday so I could rip out three blocks that were turned the wrong way. Thanks Jane!
I also started a new Schnibbles, not this month's but one called "Roadshow". I like the design very much. I am using two charm packs from "Esprit De Noel" by French General. It is a beautiful fabric.
I will end my Sunday Scrappy report by saying: I MUST GET DOWNSTAIRS AND DO SOME QUILTING!!!

Good job Sandy. I know I have had troubles getting started on this month's Schnibble, but did a windmill top instead. I guess there is still time for Dulcinea.
ReplyDeleteSchnibbles and French General, a great combination. Your court house steps are looking wonderful.
ReplyDeleteKeep it up! Loving those courthouse step blocks!
ReplyDeleteThe courthouse steps are brilliant. I love French General fabric, too. I'm just starting my Dulcinea today. I'm not using a charm pack, so I find that it is a bit trickier--well it takes more time anyway because you have to decided which fabrics to use.
ReplyDeleteYour courthouse blocks are pretty. It is hard to find time for quilting when there are other things we enjoy.
ReplyDeleteGood progress! I can't imagine taking a quilt with you to play golf though, but it sounds like multi-tasking at its finest! LOL!
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty blocks... I love your color combinations!
ReplyDeleteGreat courthouse steps! Happy quilting.
ReplyDeleteI love the Courthouse Steps.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm going to have to check out this Schnibbles thing! Nice block.
Hope you got downstairs!!! Your blocks look great and your schnibbles in those fabrics is going to be gorgeous.
