Isn't this wonderful--June Pennsylvania Butch!!!

I made this disappearing nine patch as a table topper for the ladies golf tournament at my home course. They always have a drawing and I love to contribute!

I finished a quilt for my friend Doris' great grand daughter. She wanted me to get it finished "before she croaked" (Doris, not her ggd!)! I used Moda's "Blush". I quilted it with butterflies.

I made this mini quilt on Monday but didn't get the binding sewn on until tonight. I used Moda's "Simplicity" Swatches(2.5" squares). I really like it!

PS I think that I say that about most of my quilts! LOL

Hello, it is Sunday afternoon, I played 18 holes of golf and finished my seventh Pennsylvania Dutch BOM. I may be a little late for the drawing, but it is finished. Yeah!

I also have a quilt loaded on the quilter. It is "Patches & Posts" by Anne Sutton. I should have it finished in a couple of days. Until then, "Keep it in the Fairway"!

I also quilted my May Schnibbles. When I was finished, I threw it into the washer--love the look!

I also had time to do some baking--my favorite--shortbread! Yummy!

So, there is no golf again next Saturday, so I am hoping to get some other quilt sewing done. Have a great week.

Good Monday morning. I finished my May Schnibbles. I made "McDuffy" with Moda's Aviary. No, it is not quilted, my sister's needs outweigh my projects.

I also finished the "Pinwheel Sampler" from "P.S. I Quilt". I didn't sign up but I like the idea so...

I did a simple all over pattern when I quilted it--I didn't want to spend hours and hours quilting!

Good Monday morning! I was finally able to get some sewing and quilting done this week-end. Our tee time was at 6:20 am, so I was home by 10 am and had the rest of the day to play. I even did some baking--yummy pumpkin bread!

This quilt is for a friend at work. She has two nephews and one on the way. She has given each of them this bright, bright, kind of I Spy quilt. The babies love it!

Secondly, I finished my Pennsylvania Dutch BOM. I can't wait to finish this quilt. I love the fabric!

Good Monday morning! I have finally been able to complete a couple of my projects, even if they are ones that I work on every month. The first one is my April Schnibbles. I used Mary Englebreit's "Friends and Flowers". I like the way it turned out!

I know that I haven't posted in a while. My son and his girlfriend were over for the week-end and we played golf last Saturday and Sunday. I didn't do much sewing--made 4 blocks for "Tagalong", April Schnibbles. But I have spent most of my spare time quilting for a friend at work. This picture is the completed quilt. I finished the quilt two nights ago and then decided it needed somthing more, so I did some echo stitching in the red and white blocks. I am so much happier with the results!! There are a couple more pictures of the quilting.

Bonnie was very happy as well when she got her quilt this morning!
