We went to a benefit crab feed for our local humane society last night. Let me tell you that it was yummy! I decided that I would donate a quilt for next years dinner. I know that I have some cat remnants somewhere! If you know anyone who has some scrap dog or cat fabric, let me know. I have a year and I would rather use scraps. Thanks!

I have been working this past week on a couple of baby quilts, using, of course, fabric from my stash. No pictures yet, as they are not finished!

And finally, I finished my Pennsylvania Dutch BOM from "The Fat Quarter Shop".
It rained lightly all week-end but I played golf Saturday and Sunday. I think that I just needed to get out and about!

I also played around on Friday and made several baby burb "rags". I don't have any grandchildren but several of my co-workers have new babies. I used fat quarters and added a decorative stitch.

Good Monday morning, I got on the work van this morning and was asked "how my week-end was?" I replied "productive". I worked on and finished several little projects. This is "Peppermint Cottage". It was a kit that I bought last summer. I will probably use it as a table topper next Christmas.

This is the quilt that I made from Moda's "Authentic". I will show a picture from the front and the back. Remember, I am trying to use all of my stash.

I went to the golf course to play yesterday and it was closed. So, I started/finished my January Schnibbles. I used Moda's "Frosted Memories" and made a few slight changes from the pattern.

This is a "Candle Mat". The pattern is "Sweet Sixteen" by "Pieced Tree Patterns". I used left over fabric from a "Peppermint Cottage" quilt. (I haven't finished the quilt yet!) I have cut out a couple more from left overs and will show them when they are finished.

I had a nice surprise waiting for me after work Thursday. There was a box from Carrie Nelson & Miss Rosie for the December Tuffet drawing. There were: 2 layer cakes of Moda "Frosted Memories", a box of thread from Thimbleberries, a 4 x 4 " ruler, a new pink rotary cutter, a bottle of Mary Ellen's "Best Press", a Tuffet made by Carrie, and 2 pins from Pinks and Needles.
