Sad but True: I sewed my pieces for "Roundabout" to the wrong side, so I had to make two quilts for March. But, the good news is that I like them both!! The first one was made using "Simple Abundance" and the second was made with a jelly roll that I found in my stash--two birds with one stone. LOL. Anyway, the first one kinda has a pattern but the second one "POPS"!

  1. i know.....i made one of these too, and i can understand getting mixed up!!

But how cool to have two quilts, same pattern, yet they look completely different and marvelous. I think that's called serendipity??

  2. Oh...you're a trooper. I would have said - here's my take on the roundabout. They both look great. I thought that was a fun block to make. You're a pro at it now.

  3. They both look great! I think the second one is my favorite. Only because of the blues. I do love a scrappy look though.

  4. And I thought I was the only one who did things like that! They are truly both wonderful. And both quilted. I'm very impressed.
