Sandy's Retreat?!

Good Sunday morning!

I feel like I have been at another retreat.  Except, I didn't have someone else to cook wonderful meals for me!  LOL!  Since I only worked Wednesday and Thursday this week, my chores were done early Friday so I hit the sewing machine and finished two new Halloween quilt tops.  The first one is a scrappy nine patch and the second one is a stacks quilt using Moda's Boo Crew.  Now, I have to decide which one goes as a wedding present for a friend's daughter (she is getting married on Halloween!!)

I haven't played golf in two weeks but we have a tee time this morning.  I can only hope that it doesn't rain!  It seems like our weather turned icky the day of the fall solstice.

  1. What fun! I had to work Saturday morning, so I'm trying to squeeze an entire weekend into a day and a half. What fun quilts you made - I'm sure either one would be appreciated as a gift.
