I have to tell you that I love red, white and blue quilts. If I have one, I have a dozen, BUT, when a thought crosses my mind, I will add to the collection. Here is an optical illusion, sort of, for a new pinwheel. I changed the directions of the pinwheels for each row (turned the red and blue) I am going to add a red sashing, and then a blue border. I do need some help on "How do I quilt this darn thing?"

Not good at quilting advice, but I love this! I think I need one for my collection.
ReplyDeleteSince it is bright and a bit modern-looking, I would run with that. I can see concentric circles maybe 1/4 apart over each pinwheel, to suggest the movement of the spinning.
