Yesterday after golf, I spent the afternoon downstairs catching up on some of my quilting projects. I have two to show you and after I sew the binding on a couple, I will show you those as well. The pattern for my little wall hanging is called "Pixelated Patchwork Quilt" and I got it off of Moda Bake Shop. Mine looks totally different from the picture on MBS. I took the two finished quilts with me to the golf course thinking that I could get some good pictures. Problem was IT WAS WAY TOO WINDY!
The second quilt is my "Mama Said Sew" quilt called "Double Layer Cake" that I got off of the Missouri Quilt Company You tube site.
I have a roast going in the crock pot for supper and am in my sewing room starting another quilt! Have a great week and will catch you later!

They both look great. Thank God for crock pots!
ReplyDeleteGreat quilts, both of them. Will have to check out both patterns. My crockpot cracked when I tried a Pinterest recipe that stated to cook for 8 hours overnight. I should have known better. Any recommendations for a new
ReplyDeleteYou've been wonderfully busy! Both of those quilts look fabulous! I love your idea for crock pot cooking on a sewing day!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wall hangings, Sandy.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you about the crock pot. I don't know what we would do without one.
